THE FUTURE OF SILICON
AMERICAN INTEGRATED CIRCUITS
VISION
SECURE YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN WITH A U.S. PARTNER
Our primary focus is the mass production of silicon commodities for United States manufacturers to secure the western
supply chain.
Our proprietary approach to silicon carbide production and manufacturing is designed to meet U.S. national security requirements, and rapidly growing commercial demand.
Our silicon products span between 70 to 99.999999999% silicon purity (11x9), the highest grade currently used for microchip production.

Higher purities, fast domestic delivery, competitive pricing. AIC is working methodically to large-scale commodities production to meet microchip manufacturing demands.

SILICON
CARBIDE (SiC)
An ideal material for semiconductors that operate at high power levels, high voltages, or high temperatures.
SiC is a rapidly growing market with a compound annual growth rate of 19.3%.
AIC, Inc. silicon carbide is an exceedingly hard, high purity, synthetically produced crystalline compound of silicon and carbon. USA manufactured cost alternative to 70-98% compositions from offshore.
WHY AMERICAN INTEGRATED CIRCUITS
A different approach, using a new method of refinement
AIC's key advantage comes from a breakthrough in material science that achieves dramatic waste and cost reductions in producing Silicon Carbide, enabling AIC to offer more-refined, high-fidelity silicon products at competitive prices.
PRODUCTION
ADVANTAGE
Our ongoing development aims to achieve a reduction in standard manufacturing costs by over 23 times, while increasing final product yield by 4 times. Additionally, we are working towards reducing feature size to 2.5μm from the industry standard range of 20μm to 23μm, marking another 4 times improvement within the industry.
To put it simply, we manufacture 99.9999999% pure silicon cheaper and more sustainably than our global competitors can refine 99.99% metallurgical grade silicon.
